About me

Clothing That Feels Collected, Not Manufactured

I did not begin this work to create more clothing.

I began because I believe garments should carry meaning — stitched slowly, worn often, and kept for years.

Each piece is handmade in limited batches, blending prairie romance, western structure, and quiet reverence. Lace meets denim. Strength meets softness. Heritage meets faith.

I work intentionally small.

No mass production.
No trend cycles.
No rushing seasons.

Just carefully constructed pieces that feel discovered — not manufactured.

My hope is that when you wear these garments, you feel grounded, feminine, and quietly strong.

Clothing should not shout. It should whisper something true.

This brand (formerly known as The Brown Eyed Suzy) began at a sewing table — not a factory floor.

I have always been drawn to pieces that feel like they hold history: softened denim, worn lace, garments that seem as if they've lived a life before you.

My work blends romantic prairie heritage, western grit, and reverent symbolism. Each piece is made slowly, by hand, in limited numbers.

I choose to remain small.

Because I believe clothing carries the energy of how it was made.

And I want that energy to be thoughtful, careful, and intentional.

I believe your clothing should speak before you do.
