SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Barbara Fuller Clothing! Each piece is lovingly handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping information below.

Processing Time

Because every item is handcrafted specifically for you, please allow 7-14 business days (not including Saturday or Sundays) for us to create and prepare your order for shipment. Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and does not include shipping transit time.

During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if your order takes longer than expected.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and other carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (if available)

Please note that expedited shipping only applies to transit time and does not reduce our handcrafted or custom-made processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your handmade item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to you.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated timelines, please understand that as a small handmade business, occasional delays may occur due to fabric availability, custom requests, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate with you if any delays are expected.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship only within the United States at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at barbarafullerclothing@yahoo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your handmade item.
